Who we are

What we collect
Contact details: name, phone, WhatsApp, email and address.
Trip details: dates, airports, travellers, cabin, hotel and package choices, special requests.
Travel documents where a booking or visa needs them: passport details and visa information.
Payment records: amounts, dates, references and method. We do not store card numbers.
Our messages with you, reviews and complaints; website analytics.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To quote for, book and manage your travel, take payment and support you — necessary for our contract with you or steps you asked us to take before one.
To keep accounting, tax and travel-protection records — a legal obligation.
To follow up your enquiry, keep a history of our service to you, prevent fraud and improve our service — our legitimate interests. You can object at any time.
To send marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp — only where you agreed, or bought or were quoted by us and were given a chance to opt out. Every message lets you opt out.
Umrah, Hajj and religious information
Booking Umrah or Hajj may indicate your religious belief. We use this only to arrange the travel you asked for and meet visa and Saudi authority requirements, and never to profile you for marketing without your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
Airlines, hotels, transfer providers, the ATOL holders we book through and visa authorities — only what each needs for your booking.
Service providers acting for us under contract (processors), including our booking and customer-management system MinaOS and our email and payment services, provided by Skylite Group Ltd, and the hosting and communications providers they use.
Authorities, insurers or advisers where the law requires it or to deal with a claim. We never sell your information.
International transfers
Some information goes to suppliers and authorities in your destination country because the booking cannot be made otherwise. Where our service providers process data outside the UK we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Bookings, payments, refunds and complaints: 6 years after the end of the financial year of your travel or case.
Enquiries that did not lead to a booking: kept while useful for following up your enquiry, reviewed at least every 12 months and deleted when no longer needed.
If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record so we can honour that.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection (including to marketing, at any time), portability, and withdrawing consent. Contact us using the details above; we reply within one month.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
